Cancellations are only permitted at the end of the current annual billing term.
Mid-cycle cancellations are not allowed and do not relieve the obligation to pay the full annual fee.
Advance written notice is required prior to the renewal date to prevent automatic renewal.
Because Menuverse provides data services, system integrations, platform access, and ongoing technical connections, advance notice is required to properly manage data continuity and system dependencies.
